Partner in the law firm of Reynolds, Jensen & Swan, LLP. Emphasis in Business/Civil litigation/trial, transaction practice throughout California; State and Federal. Some Administrative law, quasi criminal proceedings and appellate work. Presently representing numerous multi-million dollar companies relating to contractual and/or tort disputes in a variety of commercial arenas including medical, aerospace, banking, construction and fungible commodities. Consider strong knowledge in Contracts, Business Torts, Equities, Real Property, Employer/Employee, Landlord-Tenant, UCC, Civil Procedure, Corporations, Construction disputes, and related issues. Extensive trial work. Also experienced in Bankruptcy litigation, both creditor and debtor.
