Professional Experience

Partner in the law firm of Reynolds & Jensen, LLP. The firm has a significant experience in representing business interests, advising relative to broad spectrum commercial and real estate business structuring and development projects including acquisition and phased developments. Since 1990, Mr. Reynolds’ practice has been of a non-litigation nature and he deals primarily with transactional, business combinations and related business matters. He has experience with representing public corporations and has been a member of the Board of Directors of at least one publicly traded entity. Presently, the firm represents numerous multi-million dollar companies relating to general business, real estate and transactional matters, as well as contractual and/or tort disputes in a variety of commercial arenas including medical and franchised business. Mr. Reynolds considers himself to have strong capabilities in dealing with moderate size acquisitions and mergers, real estate business and transactions, medical industry matters, entity issues, officers and directors liability, contracts, commercial business issues, business torts, equities, UCC, construction disputes, and related transaction and litigation issues even though he no longer considers himself a litigator.
